Where are you based?

All Candy Corpse orders are shipped from Delaware, USA! 

What is your return policy?

All of our products are individually inspected for defects, and sizing charts and descriptions are clearly explained so that what you see online is what you get in person! For this reason, all sales are final and returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If any items are defective or damaged in transit, we're happy to replace them with no extra cost. Please e-mail us with your order number and a photo of the product in question, and we'll do our very best to make things right for you.

Can I make changes to my order?

We are unable to modify your order by adding or changing items once the order has been placed. Within 24 hours of the order being placed, orders that have not already shipped may be cancelled and refunded so that you can place a new order with the correct items. We are also unable to add promo codes or apply sales to order placed prior to the promotional period.

Do you offer wholesale?

Do you accept orders outside of the US?

Candy Corpse happily ships worldwide! Shipping rates are set by the USPS based on location and weight, which are calculated at checkout. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Candy Corpse is an independently-owned brand run by Delaware's cutest dynamic duo. We pack as quickly as our four hands can manage, with processing time generally 1-5 days, or one week during sales or product launches due to order volume. The chart below gives an accurate shipping time estimate.

Overseas  2 - 8 weeks

Please note, overseas customers typically receive packages within two to three weeks, but customs processing can delay shipment, so eight weeks is noted to be safe.

The above are our normal shipping speeds. Please be aware that COVID-19 is currently affecting shipping times and causing delays, especially with international orders. Please be patient and use your tracking number to keep up with your order in transit.

What happens if my package gets lost?

All packages come standard with tracking, but should your package get lost along the way, your local post office is responsible for assisting you in finding your package. Once packages are handed over to USPS, their delivery is unfortunately out of our hands (as much as we'd like to be able to teleport them to you!) While lost packages are rare, we do recommend package insurance for large orders and international orders especially, so that we can handle your refund or replacement order quickly on our side, and so that you don't have to deal with claims through the USPS.

Is there a cheaper way to ship internationally?

We know that no one likes to pay for shipping, and strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. All international Candy Corpse orders are shipped through USPS First Class Parcel, which is currently the most affordable shipping option.

Can you change the value on my order to avoid customs fees?

We are aware that international customers are subject to customs fees, and often receive requests to ship their orders as gifts with a lower value so customers can avoid paying these fees. We are not able to do this as falsifying customs forms is a federal offense, and could lead to fines and jail time. Customers are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with their orders.
