NEW VAT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL OF OUR EU & UK CUSTOMERS

Effective from July 1, 2021, all EU and UK customers will have to pay VAT taxes and/or service fees on all orders, regardless of the package value. Both the VAT percentage as well as the service fee varies by country. Please check your country's customs policies prior to ordering to determine your additional costs associated with your order. These taxes and fees will need to be paid by the customer once the package reaches customs.

Should I expect a longer wait time to receive my package?

Please keep in mind that these new policies and processing methods may affect your package's delivery timeline. Please allow an additional two weeks from the standard projected timeline (see shipping FAQ) for your package to arrive to you.

Is there any way to change the order value to make VAT taxes lower?

We are unable to change your order value to make the VAT taxes and/or fees lower, as doing so is a federal offense and we like not being in jail. Any import duties, taxes, and/or other associated fees set by your country are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in your order or shipping cost from Candy Corpse. 

For unclaimed packages returned to us:

Please be sure to pay your custom fees and claim your package in a timely manner to ensure your package is processed through customs quickly, and is not returned back to us. In the event that we receive a returned package you can either:
A. Pay the shipping cost to have the package re-shipped
B. Be refunded for your order minus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping costs
